Happy February 2025. I hope everyone is doing well. In this issue –

WHAT’S NEW

Well, the new improvement continues, but it has hit some snags. Not being a coder or really good on computers at all – this redesign is taking an amazing amount of time as I go through 8 years of old posts deciding what to keep and what to get rid of. Plus trying to keep up with the mission of new articles. There have been a few complainants about pages not being there or cannot find them. I apologize! I am still trying to understand SEO and all that “goggle” important stuff. We went from 600+ readers per month to so far for February 100+ because of the changes – so of course it is of concern. However, we are working on it everyday to catch up so please have patience. We have noticed a slight uptick in returning readers – so we are encouraged that we have turned the corner.

It is hard to figure out the combination of how to be more main stream with content but also keep the individual aspect of why I started the blog in the first place. Still looking for that correct balance.

WHAT’S COMING

For what’s coming in the future look for articles on Cardiff, Wales and Ireland. Yet, I am excited to have just booked a week in San Juan, Puerto Rico and photos/stories from there will start to appear soon. So much material still to come.

One of the most moving things I have ever seen was the Holocaust Memorial in the middle of Berlin. Combination of dramatic art and museum – this place will move you with its history, message of man’s possible cruelty to others, and remembrance. If you are ever in Berlin – you should make a point to see this moving and amazing site. Links are below to the article.
