Fractured (Broken) Arm with Fixation Surgery. This medical-legal chart depicts a complex fracture and repair of the left midshaft humerus shown with three anterior (front) views. The first two graphics show the left humerus arm bone in comparison to the a humerus with a spiral oblique comminuted fracture. The final illustration shows the left humerus after it has been surgically reduced and fixated with a 10-hole plate, multiple screws and two tension bands.
The operation was successful, but it did not stop my medical group from continuing to screw up right till the last minute! If it was not happening to me, it would be funny. You would not believe this stuff if was in a movie script.
